By using HomeRank, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

HomeRank helps you organize your own judgment about homes you're considering. You choose the criteria, their weights and the rankings, and HomeRank turns them into a score and shows how it got there.

HomeRank is a decision aid, not financial, legal, real-estate, inspection or appraisal advice. Its rankings only reflect the information and preferences you put in. They don't assess a property's value, condition or suitability. Before you make an offer or buy a home, do your own research and talk to qualified professionals. Every decision you make is yours.

Your comparisons are stored in your browser, not on our servers. You are responsible for them, including keeping a copy if they matter to you. Clearing your browser's data, switching devices or using a private window can lose them, and we can't recover them.

Only add content you have the right to use, such as photos you took or are allowed to use.

Please don't:

• Use HomeRank for anything unlawful.
• Try to disrupt, overload or break the service, including by sending automated requests to its address lookup.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer HomeRank, except where the law allows it.

Address suggestions come from Geoapify, using data from OpenStreetMap contributors. Suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Check any address that matters.

HomeRank is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or keep your data safe from loss.

To the fullest extent the law allows, HomeRank and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, money or opportunity, arising from your use of HomeRank. That includes any decision to buy, or not buy, a home. Because HomeRank is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50.

We may change HomeRank or these terms. When the terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using HomeRank after a change, you accept the new terms. We may also stop offering HomeRank at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
